Attack!
THE SUBJECT:
If you look closely you will see small wood chips flying to the side and sawdust dancing on top of the log as this determined champion axeman hits that log and hits it hard!
THE LOCATION:
Photographed during the woodchopping contest at the 2008 Annual Wauchope Agricultural Show which has been running for 97yrs.
THE MAKING of ‘Attack!’:
My Fuji’s 300mm 10.7x zoom Fujinon lens was pushed right to the end for this one.
Fuji S9600: RAW, f/4.8 @ 1/240sec, ISO80, Hand held but supported on a fence rail.
Lightroom 1.1 & Photoshop CS3.
